is 30 condensed Minutes of mat work which focuses on core and abs exercises. This includes various techniques used to strengthen and tone the core.
Circuits
is a high intensity workout focused on full body functional training using weights and cardio.
Cardio
consists of high intensity calorie burning ranging from spin to boxercise improving overall cardiovascular system.
Bodyweight
does not require any equipment and involves using your own bodyweight for a high intensity full body workout.
Upper/Lower
is divided into two 15 minute workouts. Firstly, focusing on upper body exercises and then progressing on to a lower body workout. This is a varied intensity and will involve weights and body weight exercises to maximise results.
