Thomas joined the club nearly 12 years ago in October 2005 starting his career as a lifestyle consultant. With a vast amount of knowledge and skill, Thomas has rightfully earned his new position working his way up through the club taking on roles as a Personal Trainer, Assistant Manager and now Club Manager.
With a passion for running marathons, playing football and Gaelic football, these combined skills and life experiences gave Thomas the perfect basis for a successful career in the fitness industry.

Chris has been with the club for over 9 years and has progressed his career into management. As a Level 3 fitness professional Chris trains on a regular basis and is constantly learning and adapting new training methods and forms to improve himself and his clients.
Chris currently enjoys using various training systems in his daily workouts, ranging from strength and conditioning / mobility / plyometrics and some calisthenics usually applied in a high intensity format.
With many successful Personal Training client stories behind him, Chris is the guy to see if you’re looking to change your lifestyle for the better and get started on your fitness journey!

Well what can I say when it comes to the health and fitness industry I’m greatly involved, highly motivated and totally dedicated which is why I am qualified as a personal trainer. I’ve currently five years’ experience based on 1-1 training and have been involved in health and fitness from a young age as I’ve always been sport orientated.
We all join the gym for various reasons and different aspects, though I believe that we all have that one desired goal in life, it’s just lacking that ambition to succeed. Remember, every journey starts with a few steps and I am here willing to push you on that extra bit further until you’ve achieved that desired goal.
I honestly admire the people that take on the bigger challenge ahead, which is what I once done through gaining knowledge and seeking advice with the aim of advancing my physique and lifestyle to a new level and continue to do so. Lorna moved to Australia after a serious illness to reflect on her life and goals. There she found her passion, bodyweight training.
Lorna has been a fully qualified Personal Trainer for over 1 year now, building up a steady client base and running several successful bootcamps.
Lorna believes in promoting a happy, healthy mind through exercise and nutrition in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Feel free to have a chat to discuss your individual requirements
- Fitness Instructor
Neil Joined Club Vitae in August 2017 previously working on Reception in the Clayton Hotel. Having went on to complete his level 2 fitness certificate and now working towards completing His Personal Training Level 3.
Neil believes it is important to be learning every day and be open to new ideas of how to make things better whether that’s in the gym or in life. Working with different coaches and personal trainers over the last couple of years he has been able to see many ways to approach the fitness industry.
Working on developing people and their confidence is what motivates Neil as fitness instructor, so if have any question or need any Advice feel free to come and ask.
Deborah has a wealth of knowledge within the hotel sector and has worked here for over 8 years. Deborah comes from a hospitality background and will always have a smiling face to greet you as you come in to the club. She loves meeting and interacting with all our members and enjoys training and attending classes in her spare time.
