Express Spin

This 30 minute class is a great way to get in a vigorous workout — burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. But you have to have a high tolerance for exercise bikes and being cooped up inside with a bunch of other sweaty people for this to be a satisfying alternative to the real thing.

F.I.T.T Circuit

FITT is a great form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. No two classes are the same but each one will work you just as hard.

Our FITT circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The class comprises of 6 to 10 strength or endurance exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises are separated by a short rest period, and you have a chance to catch your breath between each circuit.

Aqua Aerobics

A great low impact way to stay in shape, using drag and speed play to increase tone and stamina. Great for anyone with mobility issues to loosen up your joints.

Aqua aerobics is a type of resistance training led by in-house instructors. We use the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activity the performance of aerobic exercise in shallow water in our heated swimming pool. Our classes are in a group setting and last about an hour. The classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere. No swimming is required in water aerobics, and flotation devices are used frequently. Water exercise helps increase your energy, stamina and strength

The ultimate core fitness workout at Club Vitae Gym, this also offers a fantastic full body workout. Using both on and off strap movements, this workout delivers a unique and high calorie-burn workout, utilizing functional training with push, pull, trunk and lower body movements.

Rip 60 is a training method whereby your own bodyweight is used along with the Rip 60 straps to provide a fantastic workout. The Rip 60 provides a well-rounded workout as it incorporates all of the following aspects of fitness: flexibility, strength, stability and balance. This is achieved by recreating natural human movement patterns. Use of the Rip 60 allows the personal trainer to incorporate strength training and cardiovascular training in the one session. Experts agree that this form of combination training burns more calories and improves cardiovascular fitness and strength.
