Our FITT circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The class comprises of 6 to 10 strength or endurance exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises are separated by a short rest period, and you have a chance to catch your breath between each circuit.

We use the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activity the performance of aerobic exercise in shallow water in our heated swimming pool. Our classes are in a group setting and last about an hour. The classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere. No swimming is required in water aerobics, and flotation devices are used frequently. Water exercise helps increase your energy, stamina and strength .
