Lubos has worked with us in Club Vitae since September 2018. He is grown to be an integral part of the team. He enjoys working on his own and supporting the team as well.

• NCEF – Children’s Specialist
• Optimum Nutrition for Health and Performance

I like to train people (one to one or as a group), which will help them to achieve their goals. I also enjoy achieving new challenges myself as it keeps me driven.
When training myself I like to use a mix of training methods combined with swimming.
