Spin Attack

Spin Attack is cycling on a stationary bike in an indoor environment.

What it is and what to expect…

Spinning is a specific format of indoor cycling. Only certified Spinning instructors are allowed to teach “Spinning,” but other group cycling programs exist by different names, and some have their own certifications. Spinning is a cardio (aerobic) workout set to music and led by a certified instructor. Most classes last between 40 and 60 minutes, although some places offer beginner or intro classes that might be shorter.
Core conditioning improves posture, which contributes to a trimmer appearance. Moreover, developing core muscle strength can boost the overall body appearance.

Water Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is swimming pool based & available to everyone

What it is and what to expect…

Water aerobics (waterobics, aquatic fitness, aqua-fitness, aqua-fit) is the performance of aerobic exercise in fairly shallow water such as in a swimming pool. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is an intense workout indoor or outdoor.

What it is and what to expect…

Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise.
