This class is based around cycling, varying the intensity and using a mixture of interval and aerobic threshold training to help increase your fitness levels. A mixture of resistance training, core training and high intensity interval training the perfect way to increase muscle and tone and lose body fat. This class takes place Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 am. A fixture of club Vitae for many years, class is 60 minutes includes mobility work and stretching.

Targeting nearly all of the major muscles groups in your body as well as adopting the HIIT (high intensity interval training) principles. Try it that’s all we can say!!
