THE HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTRE
The High Performance Centre at Clayton Whites Hotel has established itself as a centre of sporting excellence in the South East region. The High Performance Centre gives athletes the facilities and equipment they need to improve all aspects of their fitness for competitive sport such as speed, agility, strength and power.
The High Performance Centre facilities include some of the best equipment for strength, conditioning, fitness and sport, with an extensive range of free weights. It provides the ideal training base for the elite athlete, college team, sports organisation and recreational user to enjoy and develop their sport and fitness level.
Bootcamp is held in our High Performance Centre 5 times a week, Mondays and Thursdays at 6.00pm, 7.00pm and Tuesdays at 6.00pm. Bootcamp is a high intensity workout that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training helping you to burn maximum calories. The supportive and motivating group environment will help you to push yourself harder than you’ve ever thought possible. Our indoor bootcamp means weather isn’t an issue rain or snow ……we are ready to workout!
The High Performance Centre is available for rental by request for local, national and international sports teams, organisations and groups. Facility rental provides the rental group with access to the High Performance Centre facilities with no coaching provided by Club Vitae trainers. For your safety, we do ask that all organisations looking to rent the facility must have a strength and conditioning coach monitoring their athletes during each of their training sessions.
