Our Club Vitae Gym Limerick hosts a state of the art air-conditioned gym, with tv/radio cardiovascular equipment (bikes, rowers, treadmills, steppers, and arc & cross trainers), Free Weights, Resistance Training Machines, Fit Balls, Boxing and Stretching & Tone area.

The Gym is located on the first floor of the building with outdoor visibility. Gym Programmes & Classes are on-going in the gym with health screening, induction to gym equipment & weights are essential before you commence your exercise regime.

Club Vitae Gym Limerick also has our 20m swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a jacuzzi, along with a kids pool. Our facilities can be enjoyed by both guests and members alike.

20×20 Week

Club Vitae is an Official Supporter of the 20×20 national campaign which aims to create a cultural shift in the presentation and perception of women’s sport in Ireland.
