Dawn joined the team in 2010. She became assistant manager in 2014 & manager in 2016. Qualified through the NCEF, Dawn teaches spin, kettle bells & boot camp. Dawn is also a qualified swim teacher. She teaches group and one to one lessons, lifeguard and Occupational First Aider.
- Health & Fitness Assistant
Roseanna joined the team in 2014 to work part-time while studying in college. She is in her final year in college studying Sports Strength & Conditioning in LIT Thurles campus. Roseanna specialises in weight training and regularly trains in Olympic weightlifting in college. She teaches Aqua Aerobics and Boot-camps. Qualified lifeguard and Occupational first aider.

Rafal joined the team in September 2015. He is a qualified Swim coach & an NCEF instructor. He teaches spin, aqua aerobics & zuu. He also teaches swimming lessons to adults & kids, one on one & group lessons.

Vika joined the Club Vitae team in 2015 after qualifying as a fitness instructor. Vika has a background in bodybuilding & won several competitions in 2014/2015. Vika specializes in weight training and leading a healthy lifestyle. Vika teaches aqua aerobics & boot camps. Qualified lifeguard and Occupational first aider.

Melissa joined the team in 2008. Melissa teaches swimming to adults and children of all abilities. She is also a Total Immersion Swimming coach. Lifeguard.

Jerry completed a Fetac Level 5 Health & Fitness / Sports Coaching course in Portlaoise College in 2011 & qualified in Health and Fitness/ Gym Instruction through ltec joined the team in 2012. He has a background in Gaelic football & currently trains under age teams. He teaches a range of classes – boot camp, spin, kettle bells. He specializes in weight loss programmes & is also very passionate about strength & conditioning. Lifeguard and Occupational First Aider.
