  • Andrew Collins

    Assistant Club Manager

    Andrew joined the Club Vitae Team in March 2013 and qualified from CIT in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business in Recreation and Leisure Management and qualified as a fitness instructor in 2012 from Colaiste Stiofain Naofa. Andrew recently qualified as an NCEHS personal trainer with the NTC. Andrew has a background in soccer and rugby and has played and coached on teams at both college and club levels. Andrew specialises in sport specific training and can teach classes such as Spinning, Circuits, Bootcamps, Exercise to music and Aqua Aerobics. He is also a fully qualified Lifeguard and our personal trainer here at the club.

  • James Moynihan

    Leisure Club Attendant

    James graduated this year from Leisure and Recreation studies in Colaiste Stiofain Naofa. Currently studying Leisure Management and Personal training in CSN. James is a qualified lifeguard and fitness instructor. James has a very keen interest in the gym and trains regularly. He is also a member of a various sporting teams, the sports he plays are hurling, soccer and rugby. James won numerous medals in all sports including championships and league titles. James has a big interest in nutrition and sports science. He can teach spinning, circuits, and exercise to music and aqua aerobics. He enjoys helping people reach their goals and can design programs for any people’s needs and wants.

  • Gary O’Sullivan

    Leisure Club Attendant

    Gary is studying Recreation and Leisure Management in Cork Institute of Technology having graduated from Colaiste Stiofan Naofa as a fitness instructor, Lifeguard, soccer and GAA coach. Gary has a background in Hurling, Football, Soccer and Rugby. Gary loves to teach classes and coaches local underage GAA.

  • John O’Brien

    Leisure Club Attendant

    John joined the team in 2007 after qualifying as a fitness instructor. He has a background in Jiu Jitsu and Thai boxing. John specialises in weight training and trains in weights regularly himself. John is also a lifeguard and can teach spinning.

  • Laura Connolly

    Swim teacher and Leisure Attendant

    Laura has a background in sports such as boxing, karate, running, hurling, football etc. She has recently finished studying Leisure Facility Supervisory Management and also graduated in 2013 from UL with a National Certificate in Exercise and Health Related Fitness. She has a black belt in Karate and is also an IABA qualified boxing coach. Having won various County, Provincial and National Championships she also competed as part of the Irish team for both boxing and karate for a period of time. Laura is also our swim teacher.
