This class is based around cycling, varying the intensity and using a mixture of interval and aerobic threshold training to help increase your fitness levels. Suitable for people of all fitness levels and perfect for people who are limited to low impact exercises. It takes place 3 days a week. Classes range from 30-45 minutes
Tone and Sculpt with Kasia
A mixture of resistance training, core training and high intensity interval training the perfect way to increase muscle and tone and lose body fat. This class takes place Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 am. A fixture of club Vitae for many years, class is 60 minutes includes mobility work and stretching.
