We are currently doing 13 online classes a week through Zoom, each class is only 30min long and suitable for all fitness levels and only bodyweight exercises so you really don’t have any excuse!
Monday Wednesday Friday at 7am – 10am – 6.30pm; Tuesday and Thursday at 10am – 6:30pm.
Some Simple tips to keep you going:
- Fitness is not one big effort, it’s several small efforts session after session.
- Take some time every day to focus only on yourself, your physical health and your mental health. You won’t regret it.
- Don’t wait another week to start your journey towards a healthier and happier version of yourself.
- Studies have shown that 30minutes of daily moderate – intense physical activity have many benefits: stress relief, increase productivity, mood booster and improve cardiovascular health.
