We are currently doing 13 online classes a week through Zoom, each class is only 30min long and suitable for all fitness levels and only bodyweight exercises so you really don’t have any excuse!
Monday Wednesday Friday at 7am – 10am – 6.30pm; Tuesday and Thursday at 10am – 6:30pm.

Some Simple tips to keep you going:

  1. Fitness is not one big effort, it’s several small efforts session after session.
  2. Take some time every day to focus only on yourself, your physical health and your mental health. You won’t regret it.

Ladies Circuit Training

The perfect class to tone up and lose weight. Each class is different depending on the instructor on the day so you will never get bored. This is the perfect class to get people into exercise who might have fallen out of the habit. This class runs twice a week.


A great exercise class for developing balance, strength and control through the whole body. These classes are more difficult than most would think and are perfect for overcoming persistent injury or rehabilitation from major treatments.


The toughest exercise class there is. Working on heart rate zones and principles of correct movement and aerobic training, there is nothing like this. Our most popular class here at the club. TRX is basically suspension training and is great for building muscle while burning fat, it will increase your flexibility and will make huge improvement to your core strength. Make sure you give this one a try!



This class is based around cycling, varying the intensity and using a mixture of interval and aerobic threshold training to help increase your fitness levels. Suitable for people of all fitness levels and perfect for people who are limited to low impact exercises. It takes place 5 days a week. Classes range from 30-45 minutes


Strength Training

The home of resistance training in Club vitae. It features all the best compound movements including squats, deadlifts, bench press and push presses. The emphasis is on muscle toning and development. With our highly qualified instructors your technique and your movements will be constantly monitored along the way. One of the best ways to tone up and strengthen your body, guaranteed to change your body shape and remain injury free.


Tone and Sculpt

A mixture of resistance training, core training and high intensity interval training the perfect way to increase muscle and tone and lose body fat. A fixture of club Vitae for many years, class is 45 minutes includes mobility work and stretching.



Classes run weekly and are open to members and non-members alike. Yoga classes help develop flexibility, strength and also help improve overall physical and mental health. This class is in high demand and are booked on term basis.


Young at Heart exercise class

One of our most popular classes. This class is an introduction to exercise for over 60’s. This class mixes stretching, aerobic activity and strength training to help keep people injury free and help to increase their energy for their day to day lives. This class is very popular and runs twice a week.



A fun and exciting way to get your exercise. Zumba is a dance based class with energetic choreography and simple moves to follow. The most fun you can have exercising. Perfect for new exercisers and people getting back into the swing of things
