This class is based around cycling, varying the intensity and using a mixture of interval and aerobic threshold training to help increase your fitness levels. Suitable for people of all fitness levels and perfect for people who are limited to low impact exercises. It takes place 3 days a week. Classes range from 30-45 minutes
Tone and Sculpt with Kasia
A mixture of resistance training, core training and high intensity interval training the perfect way to increase muscle and tone and lose body fat. This class takes place Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 am. A fixture of club Vitae for many years, class is 60 minutes includes mobility work and stretching.
Kettlebells have come back into fashion in the last few years and rightly so. One of the most challenging and rewarding exercise classes you can take part in. Targeting nearly all of the major muscles groups in your body as well as adopting the HIIT (high intensity interval training) principles. Try it that’s all we can say!!
A short 15 minute class that focuses on abdominal movement, on three times a week and is a great way to finish off your workout!
High intensity cardio class on at 7am on a Tuesday. Great way to get your day started. This class focuses on a variety of cardiovascular exercises designed to get you sweating!

An oldie but a goodie. Aquafit can also be referred to as water aerobics. Zero impact on your joins will toning all the major muscles in your body. By far one of our most popular classes. Aquafit takes place 3 times per week. Tuesday and Thursday at 11 am and Wednesday at 7.45 pm
Ladies Circuit Training
The perfect class to tone up and lose weight. Each class is different depending on the instructor on the day so you will never get bored. This is the perfect class to get people into exercise who might have fallen out of the habit. This class runs 3 times a week.
Exercise for Old People
One of our most popular classes. This class is an introduction to exercise for over 60’s. This class mixes stretching, aerobiv activity and strength training to help keep people injury free and help to increase their energy for their day to day lives. Learn the fundamentals of strength training. Focusing on major lifts of deadlifts, squats, bench press and rows. Once these are mastered then we move onto olympic lifts. A great class to build strength and muscle tone while also helping you to remain injury free. We would highly recommend this for anyone starting off on a weight training program
