We have fully equipped modern gyms with Pools, Jacuzzi’s, Sauna and Steam rooms at all sites.
Our range of equipment includes-
- Cross Trainers
- Bikes (Both recumbent and upright)
- A full range of resistance machines
- Fully equipped free weights areas.
There are trained instructors on hand to put together a programme for you when you join and when you feel the need to up your training.
We cater for all levels of fitness “fitness your way”- we want you to be able to exercise in a fun and relaxed environment.
We are the opposite of your typical warehouse gym- we see the need for a human touch and always have trained staff on hands to answer any queries you have.
Classes & lessons: (Purpose built Studios – Trained instructors, wide range of classes and lessons)
All of our clubs have purpose built studios where our wide range of classes take place.
Our classes are run with “fitness your way” in mind- we want all people whether beginners or experienced exercisers to be able to come to one of the classes and get a good workout.
Our instructors will ensure that each person is given encouragement to reach their potential.
The types of classes we offer include-
- Spinning- a great cardiovascular workout.
- Boxercise- Great exercise and all fantastic for releasing some stress!
- TRX- A great all body workout.
- Step- A fun fast paced workout.
- Yoga- Good for the body and the mind.
- Pilates- Great for strengthening the core which is so important in all aspects of our lives.
