30 Minute class. Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then move on to another exercise. When the instructor tells you everyone moves to the next free station. Classes alternate an aerobic activity such as jumping jacks with a muscle-strengthening activity such as a squat. This is a total body workout.
Circuits/TRX (college of commerce):
60 minutes long. This class is reserved for college of commerce students only. This is a mixture of our circuit training class and suspension training class. Refer to these class descriptions for details.
30 to 45 minutes long. Is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. This class is based on indoor spin bikes. Classes are designed to run to different music BPM for septic training zones.
Cardio Boxing (college of commerce):
60 minutes long. An authentic fitness training workout based on boxing movements with our in-house boxing expert. No boxing experience required.
30 to 45 minutes long. HIT (High Intensity Training) Bootcamp is a mega body blast and there are options for all levels of fitness. This Bootcamp style of training will give you alternative ways to boost cardio and strength gains. No need to be co-ordinated just a desire to have a unique and extreme workout.
45 Minutes long. This class id for people off all ages and abilities. Just like an aerobics class, but with the support of the water very low impact and great fun, a great way to burn fat, lose weight, keep fit and tone up. Fun music playing through out on the pool deck.
In this class, we combine Pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level and develop your core strength. Stabilization through Pilates improves your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation
Body conditioning is a full body workout involving muscular strength and endurance to help shape and tone your muscles. Body Conditioning combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out your whole body.
With a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training, you’re guaranteed a varied class that will hit those areas that other workouts miss.
Legs Bums and Tums:
Our LBT sessions feature a number of exercise routines that specifically target the abdomen and lower body. It is a fun and fantastic way to tone your tummy, legs and bum, while improving cardiovascular fitness simultaneously.
Hip-hop is an upbeat urban style of dance that is forever evolving. This high energy class consists of rap, hip-hop and pop sounds, focusing on musicality and rhythm. If you are looking for a way to get fit, learn something new and have some fun, then look no further than our Hip-Hop dance classes!
Judo is a sport that demands both physical prowess and great mental discipline. From a standing position, it involves techniques that allow you to lift and throw your opponents onto their backs. On the ground, it includes techniques that allow you to pin your opponent’s down to the ground.
Unlike karate, judo does not involve kicking, punching, or striking techniques of any kind. Instead, Judo simply involves two individuals who, by gripping the judo uniform, use the forces of balance, power, and movement to attempt to subdue each other.

Ultimate Pump is a full body toning class designed to work a variety of muscle groups. The class features a combination of toning using barbells, equipment-free cardio to burn body fat and floor work designed to target the abdominal area. All the exercises in the class can be varied and adapted depending on ability level of the individual so no matter where your fitness levels are you will always have an enjoyable workout!
Abs and Core:
This is a 30-minute class designed to tone and shape the abs and core and get the results you’ve always been looking for! There is a massive emphasis on fun in this class so if this is something that interests you, then why not give it a go!
Total Body Tone:
Our Total Body Tone classes offer a full body conditioning and strengthening workout, improving functional strength, flexibility and co-ordination. It is also excellent for improving vital core strength.
